A new feature of the EvilBible.com web site is the monthly award of the Retard of the Month to the person or persons who have demonstrated an exceptional level of public stupidity due to religion. Nominees must be public officials or public figures. Suggestions for future Retards of the Month can be made by e-mailing .
The Retard of the Month for March 2004 was:
Ten members of the State Board of Education of Ohio for their votes on March 9, 2004 in allowing creationism and Intelligent Design advocates to infiltrate the High Schools of Ohio and attack well accepted science. These board members have shown exceptional levels of public stupidity and ignorance that can only be described as terrifying.
